研究概述

薛韻馨博士的研究主要在於先進電子顯微技術的開發與應用。她擁有豐富的相關研發經驗,曾領導團隊開發穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)相位板系統。透過各種材料電子顯微術進行材料分析與操控,她的研究能將新興材料與元件中的新穎現象與其獨特結構建立關聯,並藉其導致進一步的先進材料特性研究以及元件開發。
